SMALL GROUP PILATES REFORMER CLASSES
Pilates Reformer classes are geared to all levels. With a maximum of 4 clients per class, you will receive individualized attention during each and every session. An overall body workout, you will work each area of the body with an emphasis on the core throughout your session. No class is the same, offering variety and over 15 years of Pilates experience.

MAT PILATES CLASSES
Add a class to your workout routine where you will leave feeling balanced, stretched and stronger. Classes consist of overall body strengthening with a focus on the core. A variety of exercises are included in each session focusing on corework utilizing Pilates rings, foam rollers, Bosu, small hand weights and Fit Balls. Class is never the same twice. All levels welcome.
